Senior App Developer Opportunity

Synergy Resourcing Solutions Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior App Developer to lead the development of their flagship Flutter mobile app. This is a pivotal role that directly supports the exciting pipeline of projects and changes happening in the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the flagship Flutter mobile app, ensuring high-quality product delivery.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to drive project success.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Contribute to technical decision-making and the long-term technology roadmap.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience with Flutter development.
  • 4+ years of mobile application development experience.
  • Proficient in Dart, JavaScript, and testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress.
  • Hands-on experience with the full SDLC.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and component-based frontend architecture.
  • Familiarity with Android/iOS UI development and backend processes.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices.
  • Experience in animation is desirable.
