  • Conduct thorough candidate searches, interviews, and assessments to ensure the best fit for each role.

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years experience in recruitment, preferably within the retail or self-storage sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for building relationships.
  • New business and sales ability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

**What We Offer:**

  • A basic salary of up to £34k DOE.
  • 15% commission on all billings with no threshold.
  • Quarterly and annual bonuses.
  • 22 days holiday per year + Bank Holidays + Christmas Shutdown.
  • Private health care upon successful completion of probation.
  • Hybrid working if required.
  • Enrollment in company pension scheme (statutory contribution).

We estimate the salary for this position to be between £30k-£40k per annum, depending on experience.
