About the Role: Stability Scientist I
As a Stability Scientist I, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficacy of our medical products. You will contribute to a controlled laboratory environment, adhering to strict procedures and guidelines.
Responsibilities- Design, plan, and execute physical testing protocols to support product development and research initiatives.
- Collaborate in the development and validation of new testing methods, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Maintain meticulous records of all data generated, ensuring integrity and timely reporting of results.
- Conduct in-depth investigations into test findings, authoring comprehensive reports to document conclusions and recommendations.
- Prepare validation protocols, reports, and technical documentation, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in revising existing test methods and ensure laboratory compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines (e.g., GMP).
- Participate actively in change control activities, contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.
- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline (Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, etc.).
- Proven experience working in a laboratory setting, preferably within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and experience using software such as Minitab.
