Lead Mechanical Systems Engineer

Allye Energy is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Systems Engineer to lead the design and development of our battery energy storage system. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing the full mechanical design process, from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of mechanical systems, including primary and secondary structures, wiring harness, thermal systems, and sub-systems.
  • Specify materials, components, and create detailed CAD drawings.
  • Resolve design or manufacturing issues using CAD and analysis tools.
  • Provide support to technicians and assist in the assembly of systems.
  • Support the engineering release process.
  • Lead mechanical system design reviews.
Requirements:
  • MEng degree in mechanical, electrical, or automotive engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive and electric vehicle system engineering.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
