About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Timberseed. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients in the digital media industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing new candidates through advertising, networking, research, and headhunting
  • Attending client meetings and networking events
  • Interviewing candidates and assessing their experience and skills
  • Arranging interviews, managing the interview process, and offering advice to both candidates and clients
  • Managing the offer process – delivering the good news and ensuring candidates are happy to accept the offer

Requirements

  • Passionate about digital media and able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the industry
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and long-term relationships
  • Self-driven with the ability to use initiative and hit targets
  • Organized with excellent time management and planning skills
  • A team player with the ability to work with others as well as individually
  • A 2:1 or above from a Russell Group University
