Job Title: Therapeutic Home Manager

Location: Huddersfield

Salary: £60,000 per annum

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Therapeutic Home Manager to oversee the daily operation of two homes, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality care to vulnerable children aged 5-17.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires flexibility to meet the demands of the care setting, including safeguarding duties and being part of the on-call rota.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Oversight of daily operations in two homes ensuring highest standards of care are maintained.
  2. Leading and developing a team of staff, identifying training needs, and ensuring children receive therapeutic support.
  3. Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential childcare within the last 5 years.
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work.
