**Job Overview:**

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Building HVAC Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial building HVAC systems, ensuring they are operating efficiently and safely.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out regular maintenance checks on air handling units, fan coil units, and chillers.
  • Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components, such as pumps, motors, seals, bearings, and compressors.
  • Monitor and control BMS systems to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and logbooks up-to-date.
  • Assist specialist sub-contractors and provide technical support when needed.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple sites to attend.

**Requirements:**

  • C&G or NVQ qualification in Mechanical or Air Conditioning.
  • F-Gas Category 1 certification (essential).
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
  • Understanding of critical plant, including chillers, HVAC, AHU, and FCUs.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary & Benefits:**

Up to £52,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications, plus overtime opportunities, Zones 1&2 travel card, PDA's, 20 days holiday + BH, contributory pension scheme, and training and development opportunities.
