About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Team. This is a hybrid role, which will include working at our Chester HQ, in our restaurants, and from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process from application to offer, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy throughout.
  • Drive innovation in our recruitment strategy, utilizing social media, job boards, and other tools to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and schedule meetings with restaurant managers and operations teams.
  • Proactively utilize our ATS, managing advertising, refreshing, and recruitment spend to optimize results.
  • Respond to applications and queries promptly, providing excellent communication to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Create engaging job adverts and campaigns on social media, job boards, and local marketing channels.
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, addressing ad-hoc requests and concerns.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Recruitment background, with a proven track record of attracting and retaining talented individuals in the industry.
  • 12 months experience in a fast-paced recruitment role, with a strong understanding of candidate sourcing and social media recruitment tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work proactively and reactively as priorities change.
  • Experience conducting Video and Face-to-Face interviews, as well as organizing Open Day events to maximize the candidate pool.
  • Commercial awareness, lateral thinking, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • A keen eye for detail, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
