Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at a purpose-built care home in Leigh, England. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents with a range of needs, including end-of-life, dementia, and mental health care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the care, welfare, and safety of all residents are maintained at the highest possible standard.
  • Complete physical and psychological assessments of new residents on admission.
  • Create individualized care plans for residents and update them on a daily basis.
  • Safely administer and record medication.
  • Liaise effectively with external suppliers and healthcare providers.
  • Monitor and develop the performance of care staff.
  • Ensure effective rotas are in place.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with a valid PIN.
  • Excellent knowledge of all standards and NMC code of practice.
  • Proven track record of person-centered care planning.
  • Experienced leader and mentor.
  • A passion for delivering high standards of care.
