Job Title: Industrial Cleaner

At Leader Recruitment Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Cleaner to join our team. As an Industrial Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment in industrial facilities, including factories, warehouses, and construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Perform cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and hygienic environment, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces, equipment, and machinery.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate industrial cleaning equipment, including sweepers, scrubbers, pressure washers, and other machinery.
  • Waste Management: Remove waste and debris, ensuring proper disposal and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Health and Safety: Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment, reporting any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the team to complete cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Valid CSCS Card: Possess a valid CSCS card, which is required for this role.
  • Industrial Cleaning Experience: Have previous experience in industrial cleaning, which is essential for this position.
  • Equipment Operation: Be able to operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
  • Full Driving License: Possess a full driving license, which is preferred for this role.
  • Health and Safety Knowledge: Have knowledge of health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
  • Physical Fitness: Be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
