Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

At Pioneer Selection, we are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at our high-speed automated distribution facility in Frodsham.

Salary: £42,000 - £47,000 per annum

Shift: 3 Shift - Monday to Friday, with a mix of early and late shifts

Location: Frodsham

We require a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer from an industrial background who is either mechanically or electrically qualified. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our automated systems and equipment, ensuring they run efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and repairing complex machinery and equipment
• Performing routine maintenance tasks to prevent downtime
• Identifying and resolving technical issues
• Collaborating with the engineering team to improve processes and efficiency

Requirements:

• Relevant mechanical or electrical qualifications (e.g. HNC/HND, degree)
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
