We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to join our team at Penguin Recruitment Ltd. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Manage and coordinate the work of architectural teams, including designers, engineers, and technicians.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered in accordance with relevant building regulations, codes, and standards.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of current building regulations, codes, and standards.
- Attend and input to site meetings, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date on project progress.
- Deliver high-quality drawings and documentation across the RIBA stages.
- Liaise confidently with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Assist with managing a small team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Job running experience, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Driven with professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and designs.
- Passionate about incorporating sustainable design principles into all projects.
- Live locally to the Cambridge and surrounding area, with a keen interest in contributing to the company's growth and success.
