About the Role
The ELC Brand Ambassador is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and promoting the Estee Lauder Companies brand portfolio in a fast-paced retail environment. This role requires a strong passion for luxury beauty, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized service to customers, offering expert advice on luxury beauty products and services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling Estee Lauder Companies brand products.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of luxury beauty products, including ingredients, benefits, and usage.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive, customer-focused environment.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, trends, and brand initiatives.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive retail environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of in-store promotions, events, and activities to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Provide feedback and insights to management on customer preferences, product performance, and sales trends.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience, preferably in luxury beauty or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong product knowledge and a passion for luxury beauty.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and special events.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an asset.
