Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a leading manufacturing facility in Leicester. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in setting up systems, installing and commissioning new machinery, and completing maintenance, repair, and breakdown duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and commission new machinery and equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic work to identify and resolve equipment issues
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth facility operations
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance
Requirements
  • Level 3 Engineering Qualification
  • Electrical bias with good mechanical skills and knowledge
  • Experience working in a manufacturing facility, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Proven track record of completing installation duties and working on projects
  • High level of Health and Safety awareness
  • Ability to work a Monday-Friday double day rotating shift pattern
