Part-Time Executive Assistant

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time EA/Bookkeeper to join our innovative technology solutions company in Windsor. This is a 9-month contract initially, and we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, personable, and has all-round EA experience, including some accounts experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the CEO/Executive Team with administrative duties, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Manage general office administration, including correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
- Oversee the management of contractors, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage timesheet billing and ensure timely payment to contractors.
- Update and maintain the CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Monitor and improve team performance, implementing organizational procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, implementing and updating manuals as necessary.
- Act as a liaison between colleagues, listening to their needs and implementing changes to improve workflow.
- Continuously learn and develop skills, staying up-to-date with new systems and processes.
- Support the team in achieving its goals, utilizing available training resources to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Essential experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office and Excel, with proficiency in Salesforce and Xero.
- Able to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Fast learner, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and proactive, with a genuine initiative to drive business success.
- Deliver high customer service levels, ensuring a positive experience for clients and colleagues alike.
