Origination Director

Chamberlain Career Management is seeking a highly skilled Origination Director to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with advanced skills and experience in structuring property and operational real estate finance transactions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of business origination in a UK commercial/corporate banking environment and be able to maintain and grow an introducer network to support new business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate a continuous pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and grow an introducer network to support new business requirements.
  • Write and present new business proposals to the Credit Committee.

Requirements:

  • Advanced skills and experience in structuring property (investment essential, development advantageous) and/or operational real estate finance transactions of £5m+.
  • Proven track record of business origination in a UK commercial/corporate banking environment.
