Multiskilled Tradesperson

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Multi to join our team at Fortem Cares. As a key member of our property maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repair and maintenance services to our clients.

Your primary focus will be on undertaking various aspects of property maintenance and repairs, ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard with minimal supervision.

You will take ownership of your work, aiming for 'first-time fix' on all jobs while operating within our company's Health and Safety guidelines, remaining within budget and time parameters, and being courteous and professional when interacting with tenants.

• Working collaboratively with other operatives to complete projects.
• Accurately recording and submitting data using relevant business systems and electronic devices.
• Ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies and H&S standards at all times.
• Operating within our occupational road risk policies and procedures.
• Using a PDA smartphone to communicate daily with the Repairs Planning team and colleagues to update progress and completion information for allocated work.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Social Housing experience.
• A full UK driving licence (max 5 points).

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus benefits including a company van, fuel card, eligibility for up to 5% bonus, 25 days annual leave, pay review every year, and more.
