Job Title: Senior Nurse Practitioner Role

We are looking for a registered mental health nurse to join our team as a senior nurse practitioner. The successful candidate will work alongside our multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality care to our service users.

About the Job:

The senior nurse practitioner will be responsible for developing and implementing care plans, assessing patient needs, and ensuring high-quality care is delivered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop care plans and assess patient needs
  • Participate in case supervision and ensure standards of care are met
  • Ensure the clinical environment promotes patient health, safety, and well-being
  • Manage medicines safely and adhere to trust policies
  • Responsible for assessing care needs and developing programs of care
Requirements:
  • Registered on the NMC register with current registration
  • Post-registration training in relevant fields
  • Leadership/management training
Skills and Experience:
  • Sound leadership qualities and understanding of management styles
  • Ability to delegate and coordinate
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mentorship skills and record-keeping
  • Ability to identify and minimize risk effectively
Estimated Salary:

£40,000 - £50,000 per annum
