Job Summary

The Field Operations Coordinator is responsible for efficiently planning, coordinating, and scheduling field operations for a nationwide deployment project. This role ensures that all field activities are executed smoothly and on time while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Develop and maintain detailed schedules for field operations, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and timely completion of projects.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Clients, and Field Engineers: Schedule and prioritize work orders, adjust schedules in response to unforeseen issues such as emergencies, delays, or changes in project scope.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact between field engineers, clients, and internal departments, communicate schedule updates and changes to all relevant parties in a timely manner.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of schedules, work orders, and project details, generate reports on scheduling efficiency, project timelines, and resource utilization.
  • Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing clear communication and prompt responses to inquiries and concerns.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all scheduled activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines in all scheduling activities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes and implement best practices, participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to field operations and scheduling.

Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work irregular hours or overtime as needed.
