Clinical Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Team Leader. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role and make a real impact on the delivery of high-quality patient care.
As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the nursing team and driving clinical standards, patient care, and customer service across all three sites. You will work closely with the nursing team and other team leaders to foster a nurturing environment that encourages a strong culture of teamwork, accountability, growth, and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the nursing team and drive clinical standards, patient care, and customer service across all three sites
* Work closely with the nursing team and other team leaders to foster a nurturing environment
* Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and customer service
* Collaborate with the clinical director to develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
* Provide coaching and mentoring to nursing staff to support their professional development
