Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-standard patient care, promoting family-centered care and developing positive relationships with babies and their families.
  • Collaborate with the Community Neonatal Outreach Team to support families in preparation for discharge and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Act as a named nurse for patient care, contributing to the continuous improvement of patient care through research and evidence-based practice.
  • Ensure safe provision of care, deliver high standards of compassionate care, and manage time accurately and efficiently.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £30,402 - £44,041 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer flexible working arrangements and a comprehensive benefits package.
