Job Title: Cleanliness Process Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cleanliness Process Supervisor to join our team at The Sterling Choice in Leicestershire. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

About the Role:

  • Supervise a team of cleaners to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules to meet industry standards.
  • Monitor equipment, tools, and PPE, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Promote a strong Health and Safety culture throughout the facility.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives in hygiene processes.
  • Train and develop team members, addressing skill gaps and performance needs.
  • Liaise with external labour providers, providing performance feedback and guidance.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A good understanding of Food Safety, Health and Safety, and COSHH regulations.
  • Experience in a similar role within food manufacturing, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • A proactive attitude and passion for continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including night shifts.

Compensation Package:

This is a full-time, permanent role with an estimated annual salary of £35,000-£42,000 based on experience and qualifications. We offer opportunities for growth and development within our company.
