Stafforce is seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of the Tendering team, you will be responsible for creating budgets and estimates for allocated enquiries received and won.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the client's requirements and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the Tendering team to ensure accurate and timely estimates are provided to clients.
- Conduct site visits and gather data to inform estimate development.
- Utilize industry software and tools to create detailed estimates and budgets.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Proposals Engineer or Estimator with a strong understanding of demolition, oil and gas industry, and civils projects.
- Possession of a BSc in a relevant degree, such as construction management, quantity surveying, or engineering, from an internationally recognized and accredited university.
- Minimum of 15 years post-chartered experience, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality estimates and budgets.
- Experience in large infrastructure offshore projects is highly desirable, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
