Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team at Interface Recruitment UK. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust security measures to protect our clients' sensitive data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and technical controls to protect against cyber threats.

• Identify and mitigate security risks, ensuring the resilience of our systems and infrastructure.

• Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement secure system architectures and applications.

• Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 security solutions, including automatic information classification and data loss prevention rules.

• Develop end-user and technical guidance for Microsoft Cloud Security solutions.

• Analyze information security risk and issues of non-compliance, providing recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Hands-on experience in support, remote, and telephone support, with excellent IP network skills, including managing switches and wireless networks.

• Demonstrable experience of SQL Server or SharePoint, Windows Server 2008/2012, Active Directory, LAN, WAN, and VPN technologies design, implementation, troubleshooting, and support.

• Excellent knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threat analysis, and mitigation techniques.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
