- Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams to foster effective communication and alignment.

- Continuously improve our workflows, processes, and communication channels to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Analyze key performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform optimization strategies.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex technical programs/initiatives.
- A deep understanding of infrastructure, DevOps, and software development principles.
- Proven ability to deliver technical initiatives on time, within scope, and with high quality.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with experience working across teams and fostering collaboration.
- Familiarity with project/task management tools and agile environments is a plus.
- A technical background (engineering, computer science, etc.) is highly desirable.
