  • Continuously improve our workflows, processes, and communication channels to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform optimization strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex technical programs/initiatives.
  • A deep understanding of infrastructure, DevOps, and software development principles.
  • Proven ability to deliver technical initiatives on time, within scope, and with high quality.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with experience working across teams and fostering collaboration.
  • Familiarity with project/task management tools and agile environments is a plus.
  • A technical background (engineering, computer science, etc.) is highly desirable.
