We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to join our team at our head office in Worthing. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of our payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely payment of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the payroll process from start to finish, including data entry, processing, and payment.
  • Produce monthly payroll reports and commentary for the Directors.
  • Support the Home Administration team to ensure accuracy in respect of absence, timesheets, shift patterns, and contract changes.
  • Administer the NEST Pension Scheme and maintain HMRC records.
  • Process monthly Payroll Journals in the Accounting System and undertake monthly Control Account reconciliations.
  • Ensure Payroll Compliance across the business.
  • Manage day-to-day Payroll queries.
Requirements:
  • Previous Payroll experience preferably within a multi-site organisation.
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail with a conscientious, diligent approach.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive can-do attitude.
