">Axcis Education Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading alternative provision in Bristol to provide educational support to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
">The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with SEMH needs and will be able to provide tailored support through one-to-one sessions and small group interventions.
">Responsibilities will include working closely with teachers and support staff to implement individualised learning plans, using de-escalation strategies to effectively manage challenging behaviour, and building strong, positive relationships with students.
">Requirements
">- Experience working with students with SEMH needs or managing challenging behaviour.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits
">This is a full-time, term-time only position with an estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per year, depending on experience.
