Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our guests. As a Bar and Waiting Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality experience, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Prepare and serve drinks and food to a high standard, adhering to our quality and presentation guidelines.
  • Manage cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to deliver a seamless service.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate, plus the opportunity to earn additional income through our bonus scheme. You will also receive holiday pay, 25% discount on food and 20% discount on drinks in any of our pubs, as well as 60% discounted meals when working. You will keep all of your own cash tips and have access to industry-leading training and development opportunities.
