Location: Aldridge

Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 (increased to £30,000 after 18 months) + £45,000+ OTE

Benefits: £500 Minimum Commission Guaranteed for the first 6 months, Car Allowance: £3,000 + Fuel Card

Hours: 9 - 5:30am, Monday to Friday, Every other Saturday 9am - 4:30am with a day of in lieu in the week

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Valuer to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Valuer, you will be responsible for conducting accurate and comprehensive property valuations for sales, providing reliable and detailed information to vendors.

You will also provide expert advice to clients on property value, market conditions, and sales strategies. Additionally, you will stay updated with local property market trends to inform valuations and client advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property valuations for sales
• Provide expert advice to clients

• Prepare valuation reports and present findings to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Identify opportunities for new business and contribute to achieving sales targets
• Assist in negotiating property sales
