We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Installation professional to join our team as a Lecturer. As an Electrical Installation Lecturer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and training to our learners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach across level 1 to level 3 qualification, both practical and theoretical aspects of Electrical Installation
  • Monitor attendance and behavior of learners
  • Mark exams and assessments
  • Progress learner trackers and enrichment experiences
  • Participate in upskilling opportunities, such as assessor awards and short courses

Requirements

  • Qualified in Electrical Installation to a level 3 NVQ standard
  • Hold a teaching qualification or be willing to work towards one
  • Passionate and driven to inspire learners to achieve their full potential
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively work across different levels
  • Ability to work collaboratively to achieve shared goals within the team and the wider organization
