Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our strong-performing finance function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing informative financial planning, commercial support, and analysis to support strategic decision-making by senior stakeholders. Your expertise will help increase financial acumen and commercial awareness across the business, driving growth and success in a rapidly evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain effective forecasting, planning, and reporting capabilities to provide senior leadership with actionable insights and metrics.
- Contribute to the development of commercial finance support across the business, including incentive analysis and partner analytics, to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead product pricing initiatives across all countries, ensuring optimal pricing strategies that balance revenue growth with market competitiveness.
- Perform ROI and gross margin analysis on proposed promotions, providing data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence Team and Regional Directors to facilitate clear commercial return on investment on sales initiatives, including price margin analysis and cost savings indices.
- Communicate company consolidated financial and operational performance trends, historical and forecasted, using relevant metrics and insights.
- Prepare presentations in support of board meetings, monthly/quarterly, and senior leadership meetings, providing actionable recommendations and strategic implications.
- Participate in financial modeling and due diligence efforts for new market openings, ensuring accurate and comprehensive financial analysis.
- Provide commercial insight and analysis of results, identifying underlying trends and challenging the business on performance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finance Analyst in a high-functioning consumer-focused global environment.
- CIMA qualification (preferred).
- Highly capable in the use of Microsoft Office software suite, with a strong emphasis on MS Excel and financial modeling.
- Strong commercial agility, with demonstrated ability to work with senior management to ensure financial rigor and challenge the status quo.
- Excellent communication, presentation, reporting, and analysis skills.
- Fluency in a second European language (German, Spanish, or French) is advantageous.
