Deputy General Manager

The ideal candidate will support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue, demonstrating great commercial acumen and a talent for training and developing staff.
The Role
- As Deputy General Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
- You will work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve the venue's performance.
- With a strong focus on team development, you will train and mentor staff to ensure they have the skills and confidence to deliver excellent customer service.
- Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop your own skills and career through training and development programs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a manager in a similar environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Superb customer and floor service skills
- Strong all-round business knowledge from financials to customer satisfaction
- Entrepreneurial flair and passion for people development
- Personal License holder beneficial
