About the Role
Lloyd Barnes Accountancy Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join their expanding team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business through seamless cross-departmental collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial insights to inform customer quotation processes and drive business success.
- Ensure accurate and timely calculation of product costs, analysing margins to meet financial objectives.
- Track project costs and time to guarantee accurate revenue recognition, enhancing costing models and ERP systems.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, presenting to Executives and offering detailed guidance to finance and non-finance managers.
- Apply deep expertise in costing methods to establish product pricing structures, leveraging commercial acumen to recommend improvements in data capture, reporting, and analysis.
Requirements
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent accounting qualification.
- Proven experience in management accounting or financial analysis, proficient in using ERP/MRP software systems and advanced Excel.
- Expertise in costing methods and commercial environments, with strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly interpret data and draw conclusions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences and manage conflicting priorities independently.
