About the Role:
The Supported Lodgings Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Supported Lodgings service. You will be responsible for assessing the needs of young people and matching them with suitable hosts, as well as promoting the service to key stakeholders and supporting young people directly.

Key Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level understanding of professional boundaries and ability to maintain them.

About You:
We are looking for someone with experience of working with vulnerable populations, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a high level understanding of professional boundaries and ability to maintain them, as well as effective collaborative working with internal and external stakeholders.
