Job Description

As a Field ICT Specialist with DataCareers, you will provide a reliable and swift field-based service for the installation and support of all end user ICT and voice devices across a wide geographical area. This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and repair of ICT equipment, including mobile devices, laptops, and hardware peripherals.
  • Maintenance of existing ICT infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity to networks.
  • Collaboration with third-party suppliers to resolve any technical issues.
  • Effective communication with end-users to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Adherence to strict SLAs and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a field-based role.
  • 4+ years of experience in IT equipment installation, repair, and connectivity to networks.
  • Residency in the Hampshire area with willingness to travel to sites.
  • Excellent desktop skills, including setting up user connectivity to Windows 10 and utilizing Azure AD, SCCM, and voice comms.
  • Current NPPV3, SC, or DV clearance would be highly advantageous.
