Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Rand Associates. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of surveying and related projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project setup, meetings, and coordination to ensure smooth project execution
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members to obtain necessary files and information
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to ad-hoc client queries and concerns
  • Manage project coordinators and staff, including performance evaluations and goal setting
Requirements
  • A minimum of GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths, or equivalent qualification
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word and Excel, with proficiency in project management tools
