- Lead and manage a team of three Communications Coordinators, demonstrating sound line management and people development skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to build influential relationships externally with strategic communications contacts and employers within our community.
- At least 5 years' experience working in a similar communications role, with at least three years managing and developing a team of communications/marketing professionals.
- Proven track record of delivering and coordinating income generation campaigns, managing website and digital development, and monitoring and reporting on digital performance.
- Experience in the charity/not-for-profit sector is preferred, but not required.
