About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Communications Manager to join our team at Hireful. As a key member of our Communications department, you will play a vital role in leading the delivery of our overall communications strategy and annual communications plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to increase awareness, grow participation, and drive long-term loyalty within our community.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and diverse strands of work simultaneously, while delivering on target, on time, and on budget.
  • Lead and manage a team of three Communications Coordinators, demonstrating sound line management and people development skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to build influential relationships externally with strategic communications contacts and employers within our community.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience working in a similar communications role, with at least three years managing and developing a team of communications/marketing professionals.
  • Proven track record of delivering and coordinating income generation campaigns, managing website and digital development, and monitoring and reporting on digital performance.
  • Experience in the charity/not-for-profit sector is preferred, but not required.
