About the Role

We are the Virtual Influencer Agency, a pioneering consultancy that develops and executes innovative metaverse integration strategies for global brands. Due to recent contract wins and the expansion of our client roster, we are seeking a skilled 3D character and environment modeler to join our creative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Metaverse Creative Director to design and build immersive environment assets, including buildings and games, in various metaverse platforms.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality 'head and shoulder' videos into motion-captured avatars, leveraging facial motion capture technology.
  • Research and implement AI voice solutions for our avatars, ensuring seamless conversational engine integration.
  • Work closely with the Metaverse Creative Director to optimize our production pipeline for avatars and content, driving best practices and efficiency.
  • Produce engaging social media assets showcasing our avatars, highlighting their personalities and backstories.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in 3D modeling, character engines, and metaverse technologies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of character engines, facial motion capture, and 3D modeling software.
  • At least one year of experience in a related field, or a graduate with relevant skills and a passion for innovation.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and drive process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A creative and curious approach to problem-solving, with a passion for staying ahead of the curve in metaverse technologies.
