We're looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Tesco Colleagues. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where you'll have the chance to develop your skills and build a successful career.
The estimated salary for this role is £12.02 an hour, which increases to £13.15 for stores inside the M25. Additionally, you'll receive a night premium of £2.30 per hour worked between midnight and 6am.
As a Tesco Colleague, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a great shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include serving customers with passion and pride, working across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas, and taking part in seasonal, community, and charity events.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be able to build rapport with customers, take the initiative, and make decisions that are right for them. You'll also need to work well within a team, communicate openly, and be at work on time, well presented, and ready to be a brand ambassador.
We offer a range of benefits, including holiday starting at 20 days plus a personal day rising to 22 days after 12 months, flexible working from day one, and access to free wellbeing services. You'll also receive life cover of five times your pay and an award-winning pension with matching contributions up to 7.5%.
