Senior Probate Solicitor / Fee Earner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Probate Solicitor / Fee Earner to join our team at Sellick Partnership. As a market leader in probate, we are looking for a talented individual to handle a caseload of taxable probate matters and provide exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of probate cases, ensuring timely and efficient completion
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support junior members of the team and contribute to the growth of the business
  • Engage with clients to provide a high-quality customer experience, responding to their needs and concerns
  • Meet targets based on case progression, rather than chargeable hours, allowing for a more achievable and sustainable workload
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive or equivalent, with a STEP qualification considered and qualified by experience
  • Proven experience in conducting probate matters in a private practice or in-house setting
  • Strong prioritization skills and excellent client care abilities
