About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Monitoring and Improvement Specialist to join our team at Lincoln County Hospital. As a key member of our 18-week team, you will play a vital role in achieving Referral to Treatment (RTT) targets.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with excellent data handling and analytical skills to contribute to the delivery of national and local waiting time targets.

The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Patient Administration Systems (PAS) and be able to interpret and apply guidelines under pressure. A good understanding of 18 Week principles, including RTT measurement and application, is essential.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff across all levels of an organisation.
