Job Summary:

Brandon James is seeking an experienced Principal Designer to join their dynamic team in a leading role in a range of exciting projects.

The Principal Designer's Role:

  • Provide expert guidance and advice throughout the design and construction phases of various projects, ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 regulations.
  • Play a key role in delivering Principal Designer services in line with CDM 2015 regulations.
  • Work on projects spanning various sectors, including commercial, residential, and industrial, providing a diverse and stimulating workload.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in delivering Principal Designer services in line with CDM 2015 regulations.
  • A background in construction, architecture, or engineering.
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential).
  • APS or IOSH membership (preferred).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Consultancy experience is beneficial.
  • A thorough understanding of design risk management and construction health and safety.
