About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Night Shift Manager to join our team at Sainsbury's. As a Night Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading the overnight team and ensuring that the store is fully prepared for the next day's trading.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the night shift team and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage the store's operational processes, including stock management, customer service, and team performance.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other managers to achieve business objectives and improve store operations.
  • Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed and that the store is maintained to a high standard.
