Maintenance Operations Manager UK

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team in Kent, responsible for managing maintenance operations across the region. The successful candidate will oversee a team of painters and decorators, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of painters and decorators, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and strategies.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance operations management with a strong background in painting and decorating.
- Full UK driving license and ability to travel throughout the region.
- DBS clearance is essential for this role.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- 33 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
