We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Midday Supervisor. As part of the Cumbria Education Trust, we are committed to creating outstanding, innovative and inspiring learning environments for our schools and their communities.

The successful candidate will be joining us at an exciting time, as we continue to build on our successes and move forward on our journey to establish ourselves as one of the highest performing MATs in the North of England.

We are looking for someone who is able to ensure that students are able to enjoy their break periods in a relaxed but controlled manner. The ideal candidate will have experience of working constructively as part of a team, be aware of and comply with policies and procedures relating to child protection, health, safety and security, and have a purposeful approach.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare and safety of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
