We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Savernake Ward in Savernake Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assessing patients' needs and developing individualized care plans
- Providing high-quality nursing care to patients, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patients' conditions
- Supervising and supporting nursing associates, junior staff, and students
- Participating in multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and develop care plans
- Contributing to the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and organize workload, delegating appropriately
- Enhanced clinical competencies, including venepuncture and cannulation
- Up-to-date understanding of safeguarding and mental capacity legislation
