Project Documentation Coordinator

We are currently seeking a skilled Project Documentation Coordinator to join our client's team in Halesowen. This is an exciting opportunity to work on dynamic projects that shape both local and international communities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation control across all aspects of project delivery within this dynamic organisation.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies & procedures
- Managing technical documents such as drawings, specifications, etc.
- Controlling revision history records
- Overseeing quality assurance checks before release or issuance
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Documenting project milestones and deliverables
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery
- Developing and implementing effective documentation processes
To apply for this role, you must possess:
- Relevant Degree, Diploma or equivalent professional training and/or experience relevant to documenting management activities;
- Ability to multi-task/projects while under pressure/time constraints - prioritising tasks based on urgency/importance levels accordingly without affecting overall outcomes/project objectives;
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office software like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.;
- Knowledgeable about enterprise-wide data governance practices/methodologies/tools/systems used globally.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum + benefits package, depending on experience.
