Job Description:

The Stafforce Recruitment team is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Machine Operative to join our client's team in Elsham, Brigg. As a Trainee Machine Operative, you will be responsible for running machines to meet the requirements of the relevant schedules and carrying out line adjustments as necessary to ensure consistent products that meet specifications and budget performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run machines to meet the requirements of the relevant schedules
  • Carry out line adjustments as necessary to ensure consistent products
  • Record and use materials correctly
  • Ensure correct stock accuracy
  • Carry out all inspections to the relevant schedules, to comply with specifications
  • Be responsible for the completion of all relevant documentation, to comply with ISO standards
  • Work to Health & Safety procedures and report near misses
  • Continually improve housekeeping standards

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and develop your skills. Previous machine experience would be beneficial, but not essential, as the client is happy to train candidates who are willing to learn and develop their skills.
