About the Role

This is a permanent position requiring 30-37 hours of work per week. The salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the strategic direction of the organization, supporting the operational team, and working closely with the Board and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to develop and implement the financial plan.

Key responsibilities include preparing management accounts, budgets, and annual reports, as well as ensuring robust accounting records and effective transactional financial services.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting young people, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to see opportunities for growth and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team. A strong background in finance, including budgeting and forecasting, is essential.

A degree in a relevant field such as accountancy or business administration is desirable. Chartered status is also highly regarded.
