Coulsdon Sixth Form College:

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Head of Learning to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of high-quality learning programs in the Health and Professional Studies department.

About the Role:

The Deputy Head of Learning will provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure that teaching and learning practices are consistently effective, resulting in excellent outcomes for our students. This will involve collaborating with colleagues to achieve the College's strategic priorities and driving excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment.

Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and management to the curriculum area, focusing on securing exceptional standards of teaching and learning.

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative learning strategies that promote student achievement and progression.

- Engage in collaborative leadership designed to secure the achievement of the College's strategic priorities.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in educational leadership and a deep understanding of curriculum development and delivery. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues to achieve exceptional results.

What We Offer:

Coulsdon Sixth Form College offers a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a generous annual leave package, a defined benefit pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development and career progression.
